Hey guys, I hope this is the right forum to ask this, we are from South America and we are about to decide to go to Temptation Hotel at Cancun by 24th Apr - 2 May with a friend (maybe two friends, all singles!) and I would like to know if this hotel is more for couple or for singles, does anyone know any estimate? We really dont want to go to an hotel that is full of cuples! Also, how does Temptation looks around the dates we are gonna stay? (24th Apr - 2th May, 2011) Last thing!, does anyone know hows double rooms look like? maybe some photos? Im unable to find any picture hows the room with two bed looks like. Thanks for everything!
Couples singles triples bring em join em split em it is all good at TTR. Get a beverage or 3 sit down and start plowing through these threads, most anything you can think to ask has likely been covered here several times.
Temptation is not your normal couples hotel. The staff works at stirring up the crowd and getting the interaction going so everyone is sort of mingling together. I think the best way to describe it is a group date. Everyone is interacting with everyone so when singles join in it gets really hard to tell who's with who. And even through we are couples adding singles to the mix sort of loosens up the interaction so everyone ends up having fun. As far as the period you are heading down we have a great group heading down in April and another in May. I'm not sure about the April dates for the main group but a large group of partiers hits the hotel on the 1st. So if you can slide your dates back a couple of days I can assure you that it would be well worth it. As for the rooms with double beds, most of the pictures you see are with a king size bed. Take out the king bed and add two double beds. Makes it a little more cozy but still enough room to get around. Just remember no matter what room you get drawer space will be very limited. Temptation resort is a great resort! I'm single and have been going to the resort for the past 5 years! Like Jamie said...Once at the resort. Everyone has a great time together!:cheerleaders:
I wouldnt hesitate to go as a single. The rooms are just your normal hotel room with a balcony. nothing fancy. The rooms with 2 beds are pretty much the same as a single with a 2nd bed insted of a couch.
It is mostly couples, but they are usually happy to meet singles. If you are female, it is a brilliant choice! When we were there it was mostly couples but probably 5:1 ratio of single guys to girls. Any single girls had a lot of attention (positive kind!)

hey guys! I really appreciate all the responses, thanks a lot! We are actually two boys, 26yr and 27yr (me) respectively. A 5:1 ratio sucks heh Would you recommend any other hotel in cancun for us? Maybe something similar but with less couples? We are actively looking for crazy parties at night with girls (inside the hotel). Thanks again!!
I've gon 4 out the last 5 years to Temptation as a single guy n always had a blast. Any resort in Cancun will have more single guys than single girls. Its just a fact. just go n have fun, and everything will fall into place, trust me
