Ok Kim I am married to one of you so I get it and I will drop it after this post, used to weigh twice a day run for the bike or treadmill if it said 1 pound up or after 4 days of diet and twice a day workouts the damn thing wouldn't budge and we would hear "screw it and out comes the chips" sabotage sabotage..... Then one day something clicked no more harping maybe on the scale once every three to four weeks regular cardio and bells no more snacking cause blood sugars are level all the time and best of all down 3 clothing sizes I know she is not perfectly happy yet but was just in for a threadmill stress test. Scored above average for a 20 year old female at 46 so that is damn good
that is funny, "i am married to one of you"..lol I so hope that one day it clicks for me as well .. the scale can take you on a yo-yo wirl wind for sure.. but I do take it for what it is.. just another tool for me and it does get me down when I dont think its reflecting what I have done all week.. but not for very long.. I do concider all the other things that you have mentioned.... and her test results are really fantastic.. Congrats to her!!.
No Kim a discussion tends to have a mutually agreeable outcome an argument everybody is invested in their position!
sorry have to disagree... The purpose of the Discussion is to interpret your results, to explain, analyze, and compare them. An argument attempts to demonstrate with certainty that its conclusion is true. but with out there being any tone of voice in this. I can only speak for me when I say it was a discussion..
