Chips are my evil.. want an even better feeling .. put the chips in the garbage.. then they are gone.. they would beat me in a waiting contest.. thats like some people who quite smoking still carry a pack of smokes in their pocket.. to me its just torcher.. hahah!! and i would be smoking up a storm..I have great will power untill I am upset or mad or drunk..hahaha!!

its pretty funny really how a little candy bar or whatever ones fav. thing is, you find yourself having coversations and a battle of wills with it. If we could just figure out a way to make all those yummy things taste like dog doo.
So did my weigh in at JC today.. and I lost a whopping.......1/2 a pound. Ill take it only because its better than nothing .. but I am not happy about it ..;(
Kim I'm sorry but all the pics on here suggest you to be fairly smokin so be thankful I did not live near, or get to you to kick ur ass when I was in Calgary last month, cause we would have done the tape measure test before you got started. I bet the clothes are fitting a lot looser right??
Ya but she's stubborn as hell!!! She's stuck on the scale thing. My gf has gone up 8 lbs in the last 3 months since she started working out n she looks better than ever. Now if she was worried about the scale she would be freaking. Everyone's telling how goood she's looking n she's actually happy about the extra weight/muscle now! WAKE UP KIM! Listen to your husband!!!
Me Stubborn!! .. ok maybe a little.. and I do listen to my husband I would like to comment on MJ 8 lb gain.. If I was a size 5 (not saying that is what she is) to start with and gained 8 lbs of muscle I would be very happy.. my body fat percentage is high while according to "the charts" I am not concidered to be over weight for my height.. so I am trying to burn fat and calories more than build muscle at this point.. and how else can you track that.. so comparing me to anyone that is already in shape is not the same.. I do look in the mirror and say .. OK I am getting there and my clothes are fitting better but if you have to "diet" by that i mean restrict calories to loose body fat.. how do you track your progress..and dont say measure..because you can show what ever you want to see with a measuring tape.. If I had all the time in the world.. different story.. but I have 3 weeks.. the scale is just another form of measurement not the be all end all .. So, I live by the scale.. thats my story and I'm sticking to it.. haha!! OH! was than me being stubborn again!.. Sorry!!!. :aktion060: Cheers Dano!!..
