Me and amy wife are going to TTR the end of may/first of june. We were wondering are the specialty restaraunts included in the all inclusive or are they extra. Also do you select which type of wrist band you want when you check in? We are looking forward to having lots of fun and just letting go. We figure what happens in cancun stays in cancun. Plus who else is going around the same time.
All the restaurants are included...the only thing that isn't is if u choose to eat dinner on the beach which is lobster...other then that..ur golden...and the wristbands are given at the front desk...
yup, all of the specialty restaurants are included with your package. The only ones that you have to make reservations for are the Italian and the Chinese. All of the other ones you just walk in. Everybody gets the same color wristbands which I believe are red. The only people that get different color bands are the premier members (people that bought time shares) They get Gold bands.
They give you the wristbands at check in, and they're just red plastic bands like you'd get at an amusement park. Don't lose them, 'cause it's $50 to replace them (but they stay on pretty well). Orange wristbands are optional, as they are to signify that you are cancuncare.com members. It doesn't what kind of wristbands you get. (We brought some, but never ended up wearing them.) The Italian and the Asian restaurants are the only "specialty" restaurants, in that you have to make reservations to dine there. To make reservations, you'll have to show up at the seafood restaurant between 10AM and 12PM, and they only book 3 days at a time, so you may have to go back more than once. But they ARE part of your all-inclusive package. The only exceptions are the lobster, and any wines other than the house wines. The seafood, Tex-Mex, and buffet restaurants don't require any reservations and are also part of the all-inclusive package. Hope this helps, =)
I'm also a newbie, but from what I've read, the orange wristbands are for people that are members of cancuncare, so it makes it easier to identity each other. Also heard that you write on them X, Xx, Xxx depending on your...swaying, swinger status? Lol someone correct me if I'm wrong.
U are correct zak...the more u play..the more xxxxxx's u put. Only if u want others to know ur playfulness??.....or do like us and start with one and as the night goes on and the drinks get stiff. The more xx's will show up...jk
Lol it's likely. Idk, might be bad when I'm drinking, won't be able to fit any more x's in mine! Haha jk, I dont think i will have a wristband...will just have to find people on a whim.
