    No but you would benefit from keeping moving say walk in place on the side rails? And yes 4 of 4 if you can do it

    well i am usually hanging on cause I cant breath.. hahah!


    ok.. so here is another question.. if you cant do the 4 sets of 4-20/10 and say you can do 2 sets of 4-20/10 have you wasted your time .. you know other than you have burned some calories..

    very cool... i'm gonna try the treadmill thing tomorrow. i'm a bad runner too... actually, a non-existant runner... maybe i can run for 20 seconds... worth a try.. i'll let you know if i can even do one set tomorrow! haha.

    love you guys for all the advice and info! awesome!! now, off to un-bury the treadmill! :)

    This is one of those what you put in is what you get out kind of things. You really should have had the all clear from your doc first. Like learning to run you got to start somewhere. You could gradually add part of a leg at a time to your workouts gradually building up to where you can do it all.

    Sorry hon, didn't think anything of the sort. I thought you miss read what I said. I'm not sure what it is about water, I know for myself if I were to drink at least 8 cups of water a day I would lose approx 10lbs. Now even knowing that I find it really hard to drink it.. Why who knows. I've done it before and I know if I would stick with it, it would happen again. Not saying I only need to lose 10lbs... more like 30 or 40. But it surprises me that many women don't drink the amount of water we should.

    so, tomorrow is my official weigh in.. hope its better than last week..I would be happy with 1 lb... that will be 2 left to go and still a little less than 4 weeks to TTR...

    wish me luck? only got 3 days of exercise in this week..that is not acceptably ..

    good luck, hoping for the best out come... for everyone.
    I think my scale is stuck...drats, but will do my real weight in tomorrow also.
    This tread is awsome by the way, I was late at work last night and had a show down with a bag of chips... thought about all of you and how much work this is, so I won and feel so much better...the bag of chips is still waiting me out, calling my name.. but I will win this battle Thanks everyone
