People suggest that you bring your own, BIG, insulated mug so you can get bigger drinks from the bar and not have to go back as often. Apparently the cups they provide are small.

The cups are just small plastic pop cups. A travel mug of any kind seems far more sensible, the bartenders will rinse them and fill them up for you saving you the extra trips to the bar so you don't miss anything!!! Bubba Kegs are a very popular choice.

One thing I noticed though, the small cups don't have time to get warm! More trips to the bar means more interaction with other guests outside your group, and you get exercise.

I brought and insulated mug and never used it. Instead, I get to the bar early enough and get one of the slightly larger clear cups, instead of the blue ones! Pedro will give you one but you have to keep the same cup all day....lol

My theory is just the opposite. My drinks stay colder and last longer in an insulated cup. Plus... The lid keeps me from spilling and keeps nasty pool water out of my drink and stomach. I like a wide based mini bubbakeg the best.
