    The point is to keep working hard, and when we fall back a little, this thread can help us look towards the goal and get back up.

    GCPSgirl is doing very well....getting a little stronger, but the strength in her right side is just not there like it was before her broken neck. She still can't do a push up because of her right arm. She used to crank them out....pisses her off, but she will get there.

    I'm in a good grove right now. Down to 226 last time I looked. Thats 26 down since january 1. We've got 75 days till the beach. That means I have 15 days till I start a 60 day cycle of Insanity. Have been working out hard and lots of good cardio.....following a good diet and trying to incorportate more low glycemic foods. Its all working, and I'm happy, which really helps keep me on course and away from the extra cheating!!!!

    Wow that is awesome .. i love the motivation you have.. i suck at it .. lol
    but I keep trying and try not to beat myself up too much..

    thanks for sharing .. it does help us to keep going ..

    Ok guys, i'm gonna be the perfect example why the scale is deceiving. Since Monday morning, I'm down 10.5 lbs. that's not a typo. but before we all get excited let me explain. sunday is my cheat day where i eat whatever i want so come monday morning i weight more due to water retention. I also haven't touch diet pop all week which probably holds water as well. now out of that 10.5 lbs, I'd be lucky if 2.5 of that would be fat loss. See how the scale can play tricks on you? just thought i'd share

    I don't care.. if I jumped on the scale and it said I was down 10.5 lbs I be so excited and happy, water or not..I will admit when I jump back on a few days later and I was up 8 lbs I'd be very very sad.. Maybe its a women thing... the scale, I don't know but it bugs the hell outta me when I put an outfit on it feels good, but the scale hasn't moved.

    Well might have to try that too. Just water sounds boring but might be worth it for a short time to get more. I only drink diet caffiene free pepsi or coke. I really like my bubbles.

    Goods news though I did my Saturday weigh in and I am down another 1lb. So down 23 so far form December..... I like it. 7 more to go though. I honestly feel like I can go to Cancun and even if I gain 5 lbs there I will feel good. I am so excited as so many of my clothes is getting to big. Damm gonna force me to shop more............twist my arm. Not stopping though......I want it all gone.

    Whoooooooooooohoooooooooooo I am excited for you. Keep going and thank you for the kind words. I am also motivated by listen to everyone that loses weight. Kinda competative so not gonna let anyone beat me. Just kidding I hope you do.
