we had the best time! it was our first time and we loved it. we thought the food was great and the resort itself was really nice. we kind of had our routine of getting up and having breakfast, sitting on the beach for a couple hours, then heading to sexy pool until about 4, when the sun hid behind the resort and it got a bit chilly. daytime activities were entertaining, but mostly just sat around and talked and drank. we would head to our room for a couple hours to rest and shower, then head to dinner then paddy o's and evening fun. we met some great people, some we met on this site, and some we just hit it off with. drank "mucho tequila" and danced and had tons of fun. our only complaint, no pools open late, and no hot tub. the resort we go to in jamaica has great night life, and after 11 or midnight, people head to the hot tub to relax and continue drinking and talking. we had often wished that TTR had something like that at night. sometimes the music at paddyo's got to be a bit much and you could not hear yourself talk. that was our only complaint. we would definitely go back, the resort was so nice, and we loved the food, but mostly all the great people!
Sounds like you had a great time!! If you're looking for a late night hot tub.... check out Temptation Cabo! Their rooftop hot tub with a swim up bar is amazing!!! Lots of good times to be had there
oh yeah, and halifaxdan, i think it was you who said that tequila won't give you much of a hangover, you were so right, we pretty much did shots, and can't believe that we did not feel as bad the next day as we should have!

Thanks for posting the TR. We are newbies going in April and it is always nice to hear others experiences. Glad to hear you had a great time! We can't wait to go. And on the tequila - no one ever believes me when I tell them that it doesn't give you a hangover (well as long as you don't mix it with sugary stuff like for a margarita). They all look at me like I am pulling out the Everclear or something. And there they sit drinking copious amounts of vodka. Makes you go hmmmmm. (think I have a chip on my shoulder about this? :brick:I drink mine with club soda and lots of lime (well when I am not doing shots that is )
