So today was my official weigh in at Jenny... and my total loss this week was!! (drum roll).. zip, zero, Nada , nothing .. lol My own fault though.. was 90% on my food but did not get enough workouts in.. so i am hoping what that ditsy blond at jenny said is true.. I only have a few more pounds to loose and that the last 5 pounds is mostly fat loss.. it tends to come off slow.. oh well ... have to do better this week... ;(
K Kim gonna have to get you motivated. If you don't lose that last 5 lbs I am gonna make you walk around the pool in a skimpy little thong. Lol here'e hoping my butt will little thong worthy. I know .. I do feel better and more energy when i am working out Just cant figure out how it got away from me this week. no more excuses .. i am on it and besides you would only be punishing the people at the resort if they had to see my ass in a thong..haha!!.
Ok first week without diet soda n i gotta admit i see a big difference. down a few lbs too, so maybe the articles i read were right(that it tricks your brain into releasing insulin). I'm surprised to say the least but i am now a believer. i was drinking at least a litre a day of diet pepsi, but now just water. just thought i'd let you guys know.
Thats great, I read the same article and quit drinking diet coke it in January.. if you do have some once in a while .. you wake up in the morning all bloated, thats the really weird part.. strange huh?
I know some of you don't want to hear about this 17 day diet... but don't care cause some might.. Jeff and I have been on it, off and on for the past 2 weeks.. The thing about it is that the first week we stuck really good with it we are eating more than we normally do, and feeling fantastic, then we went to visit family.. omg we ate what they ate for the weekend, by Monday we both felt horrible, bloated, sluggish, anyways we got back on Tuesday, we both are feeling better than we have in years I'm down 6lbs. This diet isn't really a so called diet, starve etc. We eat more than we ever have, its a life style change. Not only are we losing weight we feel fantastic. Now just have to start working out.
