Alright Monique, u n i are under the 4 week mark now n Kim u just got a little over 4 weeks. Time to turn it up a notch now. Come on girls! If it was easy everyone would be doing it. No pain, no freaking sexy ass body lol
K well even with my little cheat I was down 2 lbs and another 2.5 inches from various bits and parts this morning. So in celebration I bought new workout outfits for Cancun and Flax seed. I can't do protein but I am gonna try adding this to my oatmeal and see what it get me. More fiber might make me full and keep my hunger down. Also I am gonna drop another 200 calories of my diet and kick up the weight training as well as running. I am feeling pretty good and fitting into clothes that I haven't for a while. 28 days and hoping for 8 more lbs.
Well i even started doing cardio(which you don't need to lose fat if u diet properly) this morning. can't hurt
ok i'll bite. how can you lose wieght without doing any cardio? Could you list the diet? i really need to lose 10lbs. thanks
Easiest i can tell you is look at the glycemic index, google it. Then stick to very low glycemic foods(35 or less glycemic value). great abs are built in the kitchen, not the gym. not saying don't work out. And cardio has many benifits health wise, but unless you're gonna do an hour a DAY OF HIGH INTENSE CARDIO, it won't do much for fat loss. It's all what you eat
To stay below 35, Dan is basically saying eat your green vegtables!!!! Have a few nuts and not much else, lol.
