LOL in all seriousness , me too. I have been there every year for a decade and I have never seen it or passed it. I know its there, but to me its like the lochness monster or big foot...until I see it myself I wont believe it haha
It not the best gym but it works. two ellipticals, two treadmills, two recumbent bikes, a spin bike, smith machine, barbells, dumbells, pec fly,shoulder press, bench, and lat pull plus a ball and bands. Hope that helps.
Think the trick is to do a few shorter visits per day. I (les) usually try to train 3 times a day if I can drag myself away from the sexy pool
What? 3 times a day? I'd be happy if i could get there 3 times during my whole stay lol. Never been in the gym at TTR yet. Maybe this year is the first year i will

Well Dan time to hit the gym right. It actually helps clear the alcohol out of my system. I have a hard time missing a day. Usually a hangover but then again I have puked and then ran it off.
HELL'S YA!!! That's about the only workout we get there! That with Channel 14!!! That's why we bust our ass all year... So we don't have to work out on vacation!!!
Sadly, one of us at the very least will be hitting the gym on our stay (Mar 19-26), running a half marathon 2 weeks after we're back, and a full marathon a month after we're back. No rest for the wicked!
