i've started tanning too... worked myself up to a whopping 6 minutes at one time! woo hoo! i burn SO easily... just hoping to get myself somewhat of a 'base' so i dont become a lobster the first day there! (you'll all know me, i'll be the super white girl asking everyone to rub her down every hour with sunblock!) SIX WEEKS! yee haw!
I have learned to put on a t shirt in the pool from 2-4:00 pm. I always burn even with a base as the sun is so intense.

We can send lots of vehicles down there and watch with amusement when they wonder why it seems like it's taking a lot longer to get anywhere

I have a long and deep hatred of snakes, that's why I'm glad that there are very few places in Alberta where we can find the occasional rattler. I see those guys wandering around the bar zone in Cancun with boas and pythons and I think to myself why would anyone want that for a pet. Chills everytime!
