OH, SHUT UP!!!... I have been doing this diet and exersice since January and he just started last week.. how much does any one want to bet.. he looses double what i do .. and he is working out a quarter of what i am .. MEN!... grrr
My goal is and always was to look the best i can n the best ive ever had so its almost impossible to be complacent n stop that way. Always trying to improve. my diet is super strict 6 days a week
The first 5 pounds seem to go pretty fast when you start a weightloss program. People always say the last 5 pounds are the hardest. So if instead of telling yourself you have 5 more pounds to go wouldn't it be better to say you have 20 more pounds to go? Then losing those 5 pounds would be a breeze. Makes sense ... in theory..lol
even on holidays Dan with all the booze I dont know how to get around that. I will gain even if I am strict with food if I drink alot.... I am not gonna stop.. I am gonna cut myself some slack on holidays though.. I will continue to exercise and eat healthy.. I didnt start to just loose weight for my trip although that was my motivation.. I want to be healthy.. and I will not be doing Jenny Craig ( unless I have to) when I get back from holiday..I will just make better healthier food choices and exercise..
I only drink on my cheat day Kim. Drinking is very much cheating big time. It all depends how important it is to you. But once im in Cancun, i drink everyday n don't care about the diet.
yeah.. I hear you on that one.. I dont drink very often..hence the bad hangovers at TTR.. lol but if we are out to dinner.. and I am trying to loose its a waste of a whole weeks work.. as far as the scale goes anyways.. I usually gain abit on holiday.. but If I get right back at it when I get home .. it only takes a few days to be back to normal..
Thats cool if "back to normal" is where u wanna be. But if you're trying to improve, you gotta make sacrifices even when you go out to dinner.
