I like my bread but I have it down to three servings a day and only whole wheat bread or oatmeal. Otherwise it is fruits and veggies and meat. I don't think I could go without bread for even a day. I am gonna make that scale budge. I will, I will just increase my intensity until it does. My new weight program is working. I feel it everyday. Funny it took 20 lb for people to notice I lost weight. I still have 5 weeks and 3 days and I am gonna make the best of it.
Oatmeal is part of our breakfast almost everyday. I should own stock in Quaker. As a matter of fact, the company I work for owns them, lol. So I guess I do!
Kim has diaappeared or is she just really focused. I feel so good this week but boy are my calves sore from running. It's been at least a year since I ran. My back is even feeling better. And here is the bonus........I went shopping today and about a month ago I tried on a skirt I thought I like. It didn't fit. So I tried in on today and well it fit perfect. Still didn't buy it but hey the point is shopping was way more fun today.
I haven't disappeared.. i am here every day.. haha!! Monique, thats awesome ..looking forward to seeing that shirt. I might wonder out in about a week or so to do some shopping ..i cant wait to try on some new clothes..
Nice.. I seem to be stuck this week as well Monique..as far as weightloss goes.. did you get yours going again.. how is every one else doing .. anyone reach their goal yet? my goal is 5 more pounds.. but.. will continue with the food and exercise program untill I leave for TTR.. I hope from now untill then its a total of 10 lbs..
I'm trying to slow down a little on the working out...the pounds are dropping off me too damn fast...
