I here ya... I think we've been writing down that the pool needs to be heated in the winter months forever and they FINALLY heated it this year!!
Neil_Jo was the person that contacted the management, they are in the March group. We will be there in 15 days and would love to know what is happening, they have already changed the day to Saturday, after saying on their advertising that it was on a Friday. I think its a brilliant idea to mass email them, not just for your group but for everyone that wants the pool, heated and open! Count us in on any pressure we can put on the management to commit themselves to saying something and sticking to their statements! :fish:
Yes, I completely agree that the whole forum should email. I just stated our Rainbow Day/Glow Night as a reference for how many people are participating in one day. Imagine, it could be hundreds of emails going to TTR. If we, the Cancuncare Forum Posse, email the activities department, someone has to at least look at the idea or at the very least send an email with a correct description of the Pool Party. Just got back from TTR and were there for the pool party on saturday night, but even do the pool was heated for the last few days, they did not open the pool for the pool party.They had a giant screen on the top of the main buffet. They idea is good but they need to open the pool it would get prety wild, but people would probably jump naked in the pool after all that drinking.
Can someone please explain what is the advantage of moving the night group/party from Paty'o's to the pool if you can't jump in the FREAKEN POOL? The whole thing is just absurd and frustrating a lot of people.

Relax Donald, I am sure they are working on it. I think that the problem that exists probably has something to do with a.) pool cleaning and b.) lighting a.) pool cleaning - because well I the pool obviously needs x time to be cleaned from the days activities and; b.) lighting - I think they are seeing if people would be happy by the pool first before adding lights to make it safe to use at night. If my memory is right there is nowhere near enough light for it to be open after dark My gut says they are working to iron out those kinks. Or I could be talking out my ass one of the two
