Have never been to Cancun, and am going this May. I can't wait, I have heard so many good things.

Does anyone have any suggestions on extra fun things to do?

    "Extra fun" huh? :)

Xplor, Hidden Worlds, Selvatica, all offer adventure activities like zip lines, amphibious vehicles etc..

Snorkeling/diving, Cancun sits on one of the best reefs in the world, go underwater for sure.

    Booze cruises to Isla Mujeres.

ATV's, horse back riding on the beach, jet skis, parasailing, eco-parks like Xcaret or Xel Ha.

    The list goes on........ :)

Take a day trip to Isla Mujeres, rent a 4 person golf cart, enjoy probably the best beach in the immediate area. I am happy to provide more info if you want to send me a Private Message with questions.

Click on the Entertaiment Plus link at the bottom of this page. If it is worth doing, they sell the package. Locally owned and operated. Service comes first with E+.

Go to Chichen Itza which is a full day trip, if you have real interest in historical ruins. If you just want to say you saw Mayan Ruins, go to Tulum. Very nice. Set on a cliff of sorts, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. You can combine this with Xel Ha or Xcaret or rent a car and spend part of the day in beautiful Playa del Carmen. Great beaches, walk down 5th Aveune and shop. Have a Mojito at Babes, on 8th, one spot off the corner of 5th. That would be diagonally across the intersection from Starbuck. Great Thai style food and you can people watch. At the south end have a margarita outdoors at Viva Margarita.
