I don't think anyone is telling the management how to run their business. I am just questioning why the pool is not open during the Pool Party as the advertisment clearly states. If that then opens the pool for the party, total bonus for ALL of us. Also, being a business that provides services to others, this company looks for ways to improve to resort...such as the comment card you are asked to complete upon checkout.
Absolutely correct...if your business is to service your guests and they make a reasonable request to make their stay more enjoyable (without inflicting discomfort on other guests or staff) than it would be irresponsible to, at the very least, strongly consider approving that request...I really dont think it is asking too much to open the pool when you are already advertising that you will.

Yes, we actually DO let the customers tell us how to run our business!! Our company wouldn't be very successful if we didn't listen to them....
I thought I just read above that the pool party is on Saturday and that they have the pool open and heated until 1am that night only. First timer here... just telling ya what I just read above. Kelly
