now i'm spooked! gonna book within the next few hours... has anyone flown on AirTran down to cancun? I remember reading some reviews saying one airline was awful and made you switch planes unexpectedly, but I can't remember what the airline was, or where I read the review... anyone have any opinions?
just google whatever airline there going to give you with review on the end, if the page lights up like a xmas tree then...... don't forget people are a ot more likely to leave a bad review then a good one, so reviews are usually weighted on the bad side, also look at the dates of the reviews.

Hello this is our first trip to this resort and we are interested in trying to meet some people to hang out with before we arrive. We are in our forties and are from a small town is SW Michigan. Hello, this year the package we booked didn't include the transfer to the hotel. Anyone knows if we can just purchase the transfer at the airport or how to arrange it prior to arriving there? Thanks.
