I too say that Chichen Itza is a must at least once. It does suck away a day but it's on the level of the pyramids in Egypt in that it is a remarkable historical site and you get a whole new appreciation for ancient Mayan civilization by taking the drive out there.

Dos is right again! I would like to see it again as it has been probably 10 or more years since I was there. But I have to say that the tour bus thing is horrible. It would be great to round up others and do a private tour. Steve shows some reasonable prices for private tours-esp. if you can go as a group of 4.

I have never been to Chichen Itza or as I heard one tourist call it.. 'chicken pizza', but the trip to Coba is worth doing. I think you are still allowed to climb the giant ruin there

Ooh You guys have given me some good ideas! Has anyone been to Explor? We're real adventure junkies. Nick wants some ropes courses/zips lines... and I just want anything that'll get the adrenaline pumping. Xplor looks cool, so does Xcaret.

Check out Xplor! I think we are gonna go here. They have 2 different zip lines, and one is like 1.5 miles long.
