If you want to stay at Oasis and not get moved to one of the remaining BeLive properties, you need to MAKE SURE you are calling Oasis, not BeLive. That's what you have to do to make international call. exit code of origin country + destination country code + area code + number From a US number to another country, you do 011 + destination country code + area code + number Another example, if you want to call US from Mexico number, you do 00 + 1 + area code + number When using your cell phone, it's a little tricker, it depends on if your phone thinks itself is in another country or not (depending on the phone and the roaming partner I think). Sometimes you can use a US phone in a foreign country to dial a US number without having to dial exit code and 1. But sometimes you can't. Try both ways if one doesn't work.
