Kind of last minute. Student City may not have enough time.

As translated, and as per reports:

    The info as reported:

Among the points agreed upon include:

1 .- Globalia will operate until April 30, 2012 the three hotels: the Riviera Maya, Viva and Viva Grand in Cancun, with a total of 750 rooms, under the brands "Be Live".

2 .- Oasis will operate the rest of the Mexican Caribbean hotels immediately, under the brands "Sens", "Oasis" and "Grand Oasis", with a total of seven hotels and 3,150 rooms.

3 .- The agreement puts an end to the various national and international litigation.

If the reports hold and I haven't seen legal confirmation yet; it's a return of the Oasis Flag to Cancun.

If the agreement(s) of settlement hold between the parties, the Oasis Cancun is once again the Oasis Cancun et al, for the hotels mentioned. Personally, thought the "BeLive" Flag was incredibly absurd, like what was the alternative, "BeDead", but that's JMHO.

As to booking information, as previously stated, legal confirmation hasn't yet been available, I'd opine that as soon as the courts are notified that the case has been settled, the injunction will be removed when the case is formally closed at the legal level.

So what does this mean if we booked on the belive website? Is our reservation still valid?

Anybody know the answer to this riddle.
