Just got done half of my workout here. Unfortunately can't give a weight total as I have not been on the scale in 4 months! Jeans are fitting looser and may require a size down in some cuts. TRouble is the legs get smaller around too and instead of can't get waist done up got another excuse.
LOL... I guess most men don't. If they don't like what they see in the mirror they take it down and replace it with a big screen TV.
I totally agree that the berstein diet eats away at the muscle. Everyone ends up so flabby afterwards. We have to take blood from people on the diet because it can damage the kidneys and liver, b12, and potassim levels could drop to critical. The diet also constantly monitors cholestrol, high density fats, low density fats, and triglycerides.

YEP I agree. All pills period affect your liver. Newton's law for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Goes to say for every excercise you do there is a reaction. Maybe not always seen, but felt. Don't discount what you do no matter how small.
k so this morning I woke up at 4:30 am for work. I thought I worked 7:00 -3:00. I was just about to leave at 6:00 when I figured out that I worked 10:00 -6:00PM. So ended up working out for 1.5 hrs and giving myself a butt kick.

Well got to get my eating better. I had a couple of days......not binging but snacking more that |I should. Back on the plan tommorow. Been sabotaged by valentines day chocolates. Yikes.
