Just back (kinda long maybe boring)

Just for a moment imagine this scenario

"Boo hoo I'm a married male and I was just having a quiet drink minding my own business when this gang of drunken single females came over and made suggestions and touched me and, oh I'm so upset I can't write any more"

The forum reactions would have been very different.

We aren't swingers but we certainly don't look down on those who are, "whatever floats your boat" is our motto, and to tell the truth, if we were to get hit on, we'd probably be proud and impressed by the fact that someone even noticed us.

 

No one's actually offened us because we weren't there but it's the way some try to portray the resort and the swingers that go there as being dreadfull. With about only 10% of the people who go there being swingers it's amazing how people say they get randomly hit on. No couple is going to hit on another couple if signals aren't given out.
As we've always said, you'll find more swingers in walmart while your shopping than you would at TTR

well lets say just one thing about swingers. we are not swingers, but oh well who cares!! i was only approched one time at TTR. and a simple no was all it took. then we all went back to partying!! i saw alot more action on the swings by the pool than anywhere else. besides man or women, its a complement that people find each other atractive. just leave well enough alone, go elsewhere, get over it.

 

We have hung out with many people over the years and swinging isn't restricted to just resorts. Most of our friends are bikers, HOG groups and so on.. The rallies are about as wild as you can imagine. We haven't tried swinging or swapping but are never offended by those who do. It's actually flattering to get hit on once in a while. Whether it's in a bar, a rally, or resort.. doesn't matter.. no means no.. anyone tries to push it farther than that is an ass no matter what lifestyle they have. I guess we would be considered swayers more than anything else.. never really gave it much thought.. we just go places to have fun... sexier the better. nudity we love as long as it's all adults.. I can't wait until March for our first TTR visit and I'm not the least concerned about problems or assholes any more than anywhere else.

 

oh yea.. as good looking as most are that are on this site, if we got hit on at the right time, it would be hard not to try it.. Looks like a place for people to let loose and have fun.. I like the mottoe down there.. "nobody knows you and nobody gives a shit"

 

We aren't swingers, but in the course of conversations with other couples at various resorts, we have heard the statement "We are a lifestyle couple, are you?" Our answer has always been "No, but thanks for asking".... and the friendship continues for the time that we are at the resort together. Lifestyles phobic people amaze me. If the other couple is fun to hang out with, gteat. Why should anyone care whose room they end up in at the end of the day.
