Just back (kinda long maybe boring)

You can have a resort with the same atmostphere, all I am saying is with that you have rules. The rules are not designed to tone down the fun atmospher, the rules are designed to keep people from getting out of line. I know temtations has a sexually charged atmosphere at the same time I have seen situations that makes temptations seem mild. In those times there was complete nudity and sex. Somtimes it was couples only and somtimes singles where present, yet there where also strict rules on being respectful. If you didnt follow the rules you where out the door. The rules did not hinder the fun, it actually enhanced it. With everyone feeling safe and comfortable they are more likely to let loose then if they have to worry and look over their shoulder.

 

Like what kind of rule would you be looking for? Everyone we hung out with in January never had a problem with single guys. They fit right in with the rest of the couples and were very welcomed by everyone.

 

Ok one last time

Single guys and couples that never had a problem, actually read word for word my posts. I did not say all single guys are a problem and or a high percentage are a problem. I said most are not !!! Lets just say 99 pecent are not. What I am saying is the resort has no system in place if things really did get out of hand (mainly if things got physical with a group of drunk guys). I realize that that guys on here are respectful and fine. Like I said keep in mind also if the mexican police get involved, they throw you in jail 1st and try to sort things out later. This is not the States, things work much differently there. FYI, just because you have not had a problem, does not mean others have not. That is like saying why do we need bullying rules in school, I was never bullied. Please take in account how many posts on here have stated they had some problem, and that is just the people on this board. A very large percentage of the people that visit the resort are not members of this board. How many do you think had problems that you will never hear about?

 

There is security there; there's also a night manager in the lobby who's pretty on top of things. Ask if you need help and it'll be given. That said, we've never had any major problems. Last trip in October, there was a guy at Paty O's one night trying to put his hand on random women. We dealt with him unobtrusively and it was no big deal. But, both security and the manager, or any staff around will help you out as needed. As far as single guys, yeah, there are usually quite a few there. A lot of them have been many times, are respectful, fun guys, and add a lot to the resort. Any discussion of banning single guys brings out their friends on the board here (such as me) who'll be all over it sticking up for them. There are disrespectful people, married & single, anywhere. The name Temptation probably does give some people the wrong idea, agree on that one.

PS if you don't like singles/ mix go to Desire or a couples resort, no one is forcing you to go to TTR. I have always gone as a couple, and we never had a problem

I disagree with 80% of what you say.
I do think they should try to keep the ratio 50/50
Hedo used to do it by letting a third girl stay for free.

Ok Wow...While being hit on by sloppy drunk people (and I say people because couples do it too) is uncomfortable I can honestly say I enjoy flirting...good clean fun flirting...as I will promise so does my better half....Its human. I agree 100% if you want to enjoy a couples only vacation...go to a couples only resort. Im thnking most would prob find a place like Desire or Hedo a little too much to take as well. Its the mix of awesome people that makes the place....A fun amazing vacation you wont forget.

 

Hey Donald, yes under this name I just joined today. I have been a member of this board for over a year and have been to the resort. I created a 2nd profile becuase I knew that speaking the truth would offend some of you diehards on here. So nice try with that.
