I don't know anything about JC either. Whatever works! So I'm kind of back on board with the exercise/diet. I've been going to the gym but my heart isn't really into it. It'll take some time, I guess. Right now, I'm down a whole, damn pound from where I started! Maybe my metabolism works better on the pizza diet.
yeah maybe but I am still not getting all the way through the one I have.. but I am sure I will have to step it up soon..
Haven't been to good at the gym this week. We had another round of snow and we are not used to it like you guys. Get this...some spots in Oklahoma had 30 inches of snow tuesday/wednesday....Miami Oklahoma was -28 this morning. All time record for Oklahoma I think. We were just -7 at my house. Still we've had two huge snow storms the past 10 days and things just shut down. Schools, gyms, everything. Its been nuts.....and I work for Frito Lay, and the grocery stores have just been hammered. Lots of 14+ hour days. Makes wanting to work out, not very easy. But....the good news is I'm down from 252 to 234 since Jan 1. Easy weight I think, as its getting harder now. I need to change up my routine, and keep drinking lots of water. We don't get to Cancun till late May, so my goal of 210 ish is still possible. The Mrs. is getting her strength back. She just needs to keep firming up.
thats not to bad at all for weight loss, all that snow sucks. Our weather is not to bad at all right now..
Does anyone recommend the "Crystal Meth" diet? I'm hearing it is an extremely effective weight loss tool and also provides incredible amounts of energy for your workout routines?
