Hello everyone. I'm planning a trip to temptations in April, and I have a strange question... I'm chubby. I'm traveling alone, mid-thirties, and a solid size 16. I am a little self conscious about it because every picture I see shows all the girls in bikinis and such. I've been lurking and everyone on here seems so awesome, but I'm still feeling a little ugh about it. I'm coming anyway - but can someone tell me how it works out there? Is a chubby girl still gonna get some tail? :angel2: Or is this more of an I'll be stuck being everyone's buddy type thing? Please be honest. Feel free to comment me if you have other things to say that might not be appropriate on here. I can take it
Well I am a man about 6 feet tall pushing 280 lbs or so. I know the feeling of being overweight. As far as hooking up well let that happen or not as the situation dictates. Just remember if anyone starts picking on you they are jackasses. When in April are you going?
There are all kinds of girls and guys there of all sizes.I have never seen anyone made to feel uncomfortable, but to the contrary everyone has fun. People post there ''best'' pictures or just head shots, not everyone by the pool is a calendar boy/gal. Don't worry come and enjoy.
I can assure you that being size 2/4 doesn't get ya any either. But I've been there 8 times alone and being everyone's buddy is not a bad way to spend some sun-filled days!
I suppose I need to be more proactive... My solemn vow is to make sure I can do whatever I need to in order to make every lady get the most of her trip. I won't sleep soundly unless I do lol
I'm a size 16 now But last year I was a size 18/20. I went on the Boobs Cruise and wore only a thong..... and i relaxed in the sexy pool the same way. i felt very self conscious at first, but everyone made me feel so sexy and so good about myself! They are very reassuring. Of course there might be some "hater stares", but don't worry about them. No one knows u and no one cares When will u be there? Be yourself and have fun. We are all different and bring with us different experiences. I have a blast each trip and enjoy all the people we meet. If your there when we are in April don't be shy.
i have a post baby body (with the scars and strech marks to prove it) and I am handicapped (missing my arm). But I felt I could just be myself here. I wore what I wanted to wear and I had fun. When we were there last we met some "chubbier" girls who were afraid at first to go topless. Our group convinced them that having fun was far more important than being self-conscious. The experience is what you make of it. Enjoy!
