    Thanks, Deb. None of this has helped my diet/exercise though. I'm thinking the only way I'm ever going to lose a pound or two will be to cut off about 7 inches of hair!

    got up this morning and did my tm.. for 30 minutes.. but have not felt like exercising at all
    my plan was to do another 30 tonight but .. don't feel like it .. feeling a bit down over loosing my friend.. funeral is Friday.. i will try for 30 minutes in the morning .. guess we will see how it goes

    Thanks guys, yeah you could be right .. and I have no intention of giving it up.. its been 4 weeks since I started this..and kinda sorta starting to look forward to exercising .. or at lease not have to force my self as much.. still not happy with the scale.. but my body is changing for the better.. its hard to wrap my head around that when for years and years I have been scale motivated.. I will get back at it .. this week..

    Officially down 17 lbs and working on another 20lb hopefully before April. I am working out 7 days a week and eating high fiber and all my veggies and 1600 calories a day. I also write down everything I eat and yep I add the calories. Keeps me accountable. I really hated the pics from the last trip. Time to get my body back. I feel so much better right now I just wanna keep it going. 2 months to go. Can't wait to meet all of you.

    thats awesome.. whats your secret. i am doing the same thing for 30 day.. and i have lost 4.5 lbs and that was in the first week...
