Not sure about dryice but should be o.k. my clients bring home halibut all over the U.S. on commercial flts with it.I have had friends in Mexico have the resort freeze thier fish /wrap them in newspaper and bring fish back with blue ice paks in soft coolers no problem. Wall mart probally has ice paks & coolers.
