17 day diet is awesome my friend stopped drinking soda and drinks 6 water bottles a day and lost 10 lbs in 9 days!
do NOT cut carbs.. good carbs are your friend.. i dropped 15lbs in like 2 months.. and my boyfriend went from 145-180 (solid muscle, I can post pics if you want) eat 5-6 times a day, a big breakfast full of proteins & good carbs.. I eat protein pancakes.. it sounds gross, but they taste yummy! 1/4c ricotta cheese 1/4c oats 1/4c egg whites mix together, and it should make about 6 pancakes.. they fill ya up for hours.. then after like 2-3 hrs, maybe an apple or banana for luunch, or a light salad.. lunch something with turkey, or chicken.. lean meats... you know! and cardio & weight training.. def weight training.. Come up with a workout plan..!
couldn't agree more, many girls prefer a guy with a great personality and standard look rather than a six pack ABS, no fat, ultra ripped tons of muscles guy with nothing interesting to say or do.
I kinda disagree. depending on what the girl is looking for.. if she is drunk, and wants to get laid, shes gonna go for the six pack looking guy... just like when a guy wants some ass & thats it, he is gonna want to pound that on a sexy young lady.. now if the girl is looking to hang out during the day, and what not.. maybbe go out to lunch, shes gonna want the guy with the personality.. but for a quickie.. def the sexy beefy guy! lol
I agree with the other posts, just do a lot of cardio, and eat lots of veggies and lean meats. Stay away form the booze if you can, cause once you ingest alcohol, it takes first priority in the body to digest. So all the other things that your body might be breaking down gets put on the back burner, and gets stored as fat.
