Wifey was/is doing the ones that you are doing. She is sitting here she says "you watch at the 5-6 week in mark" How much weight and which of the two are you following?
I am doing the 10 pound on most of the dvd..sometimes for some exercises i have to switch down to the 5 lb like the gun slinger...lol but if i do them with out the dvd and follow the little guide that came with the bells to just do reps i use 10 to 20 lbs... I ordered a dvd from some place in Ontario..called treadmill factory cant say the quality is very good,,, what a rip off that was . but its a good workout ..
Not only my diet went kaput, so did any exercise program. This has been one of the hardest times for me. My Mom passed away on Wednesday evening and it really hit me hard. It was not unexpected. But now, I guess it is back to reality and the diet for me.
well its Monday.. i have a very good week as far as exercise .. not so good on the week a far as food goes.. so i stayed the same weight as last week .. but.. I am in my smaller jeans ... lol I still don't want the scale to say what it does though..
