hey guys i know some of you are gonna be like working out on break your retarded lol but since ill be there for 2 weeks and a day i need to work out a bit or as much as i can fit in. so my question is the gym on the resort is it air conditoned what do they have for equipment and is there a dress code for the gym like do shirts need to be worn and is it open any time.
OK.. I was in there once... and I made it to the bottom of the stairs... so my memory is as such... think of a small workout facility at say a Marriott Courtyard or Hampton Inn. A couple of treadmills, some free weights, air conditioned, no dress code, and one fantastic view out across the sports pool and beach (it's on the second floor next to the archway to the quite pool). I can't remember if they had anything else. Like I said I wasn't there that long. Maybe I should stay longer this year.... Jamie
Yeah, it's got a good selection of bikes and ellipticals and treadmills, plus some weight machines... not sure if they actually have free weights. The room has AC as far as I remember, and as long as you're not naked, I don't think anyone will care what you wear since there's rarely anyone in there anyway. It's a nice facility though, with lots of windows and a good view, like Jamie said. I went and worked out there once during the week we were there since it rained a lot, and the wife was napping.
You can always pole dance for a work out im sure no one will object.. lol im up for seeing men pole dance while im at the pool lol This is Sherry btw.. lol
Tried it once...amazing how things can get squashed in the process, lol. Some things should be thought through and tried sober first...need I say more other than the crowd at Carlos and Charlie's got a kick out of my misfortune? Scott btw
