I'm back on track today! An hour on the treadmill and a leg workout. I've started today with doing heavier weights. Maybe that's the key for me. I used to do heavier weights and sort of stopped when I had to change gyms(and tore my shoulder up). No reason why I can't do heavier legs now! Work it on that treadmill, Kim!:huepfen013: I'm going on the stairmaster!
I did 30 minutes on interval training .. but damn... I just cant breath when I have to run... has something to do with smoking I think..!!! ha-ha!! I can walk a fast pace for ever but if i have to run . I am done in 30..
oh man.. an hour on the treadmill, a leg work out, weights and stair master? are you trying to kill yourself, how can you do that much? no wonder nothing is happening for me .. i guess i am just not doing enough. lol
I don't run though. I care about my knees, so walking for an hour is easy. I've been doing weights/treadmill for 20 years though..much as I hate it! You're doing great! It's better not to overdo it and get hurt!
I cant seem to get an hour in. i find it so boring .. but tomorrow.. like Dano suggested.. i am gonna get up and do 30 minutes before i go to work then I can do another 30 when i get home, hopefully. Well I am off to bed.. exhausted again,,lol
