LOL, i am a consultant so it makes it a bit easier, up at 6 Am, drop the kids off at the bus at 7:25 then straight to the gym. the only problem is I don't really recover till around 11 AM, so it can make for an unproductive morning

You have to be really into it for that. I know alot of people who do a full blast cardio session in the early am, then return to the gym for weights later.
    Not I!
BTW, Deb(or is it Jeff that is posting?), how was NY at TR? No one has really posted about it. And what's the Perfect Couple..is that going to be like Miss Temptation?

LOL... I'm on the road at 7:00am get into work close to 8:am 8 - 9 hrs sit behind a desk.. usually back on the road at 5:30 - 6:00 home 6:30 - 7 take care of our dogs.. 2 shepards, cook dinner - we're eating around 8 - 8:30 clean up - looking for our bed around 9 - 9:30.. the only thing i can think of is changing the eating routine... bigger meals at lunch - somthing small in the evening... total lifestyle change for us Redneck Alberta couple.. meat and potatoes... Partydollgirl suggested making dinners on the weekend to free up some time.. So I'm trying that but thinking about switching it around... bigger lunches.. smaller dinners.

You northerners should be able to lose weight just from shivering! This has actually been our coldest winter in Florida, too. One more month of this cold weather and I'll be busy again doing stuff outside. It must be really hard to stay motivated when it's that cold!
Deb, I'd love to read your trip report! :icon_lol: There was such a large group going for NY that I can't believe someone hasn't written about it!!!
