Only room service I ever knew was there is when I call up front to get my safe opened cause the batteries always die on me!

This hotel is for fun outgoing people who can make friends with anyone. You can be active or relax and the staff is the most friendly I have ever seen. For the usual mid $200's a night for 2 people, they will provide you with everything but they won't spoon feed you your cavier. Try Royal Cancun, they will do exactly what you are looking for for 3x the price, not all inclusive.
