Sounds like you are toning and firming up! You're probably at the ideal weight for your body maybe...that's what I keep telling myself.
yeah maybe.. as far as my BMI.. I am in normal range.. but so is 120 lbs for my height.. lol I am just going to be patient.. and if I am not down to where I want to be (weight wise) by end of feb.. I will go back to jenny craig.. lol

Awful... like colored dishwater. Ate all 6. It seemed to only make me hungrier. A chocolate bar probably would have been a better choice.
lol.. Bruce likes the fat free ones.. not sure if they are called diet.. they dont look any different from the other ones.. I have never tried them though..
Fat free is another misleading term. Check out the carbs n the amounts of sugars in those carbs. Very bad for you
