If you do everything you say you're doing (which i'm sure u are), you will see results. Diet changes mostly only affect fat loss after 21 days or so. Whatever weight we lose in the first few weeks is water loss as our body doesn't hold as much water w no simple carbs in it
I guess it does just take time..I am defiantly used to fast weight loss diets.. they make me happy!!! haha!! could be my body is in shock.. lol its never ever had this much exercise before..
hmm that sounds interesting .. I never knew that.. so is it true that, arobic exersise helps burn Calories while lifting weight or strength training burns fat?.. and as a female .. which should I do more of?
to burn fat you usually need to burn more calories tahn you intake. A combination of cardio n weights is great. i never do cardio cause my diet gets me lean on its own, i'm lucky that way. If you can do your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, its almost twice as effective as doing it at night
Ive seen people eat tons of grapes n strawberries thinking that they're actually dieting. Those convert to sugar so fast n actually prevent you from losing fat
Day five of the Fat Smash and I've already lost 7 pounds! This is an extreme system, but I no longer feel bloated. In Phase 1, you can only do fruits and veggies and cardio. I'm ready to move to weight lifting so I can really attack my tummy!
well I will give that a try.. not sure I can get up at 5am to do it .. but if giving up an hour of sleep works Ill give it a try.. should I do weights every day too? some day I do light weights .. more reps.. and some days I do heavier 15 to 20 lbs les reps .. depending on the lift...
