Echo wins miss temptations 2010 in case any one is wondering

 

EVERYONE is wondering...WHY

 

Lol...in one word: interaction...the rest of the contestants clicqued up right away and didn't spend alot of time meeting new people around the resort...you all kind of just lived your free week with eachother and partied it up while she was working a little harder at being available for other people to talk to...we had lots of people say they didn't even know any of the other contestants names because you mostly just stuck to yourselves...other people from the resort went as far as saying the other contestants were snobby...

This may be better adressed in private messages, as your unfriendly vibe continues to manifest beyond the week and onto the Internet...

 

lmao daaaaamn. While I can't agree 100% percent with you there is a lot of truth to that post. We ingled with a few other of the girls but I think you hit it right on the head there,

 

I'm going to quickly add that only one person, out of the other ten couples present, just one person had enough class in defeat to congratulate Echo on her victory that night...I'd like to thank that person again, but won't single them out for cuz I see no point in ostracizing that person from your group...

And to the people that mentioned it to me at pady'o on Friday night, the gesture was appreciated...better late than never...

 

I completely take offense to these comments!! As one of the Miss Temptation girls I was so grateful to have the opportunity to return to Temptation and wanted it to be a fun-filled experience where we could meet a ton of new friends. It was clear from the start that Echo and her team had a mission to win and wanted NOTHING to do with the rest of the girls and their guests. I personally introduced myself to you guys, as I wanted to be welcoming to all of the girls and build a good rapport. Numerous times over the week we tried to say hello, make small talk, or even smile as we passed... but time and time again we were rudely dismissed and ignored. Maybe this was not your intention, but this is how it came across. People often wondered where Echo was because she made it obvious that she did not want to be associated with the rest of the girls and blatantly separated herself from the group.
It was a goal of ours to meet new people during the week and branch outside of the Miss Temptation group... I feel we succeeded and left Cancun with a ton of new friends and fun memories. All of the Miss Temptation girls were friendly, approachable people, so calling them snobs is rude and inaccurate.
Echo and her team worked very hard to promote and be social at the resort, and I personally congratulate her on winning the title. She is a beautiful girl and will hopefully represent the resort well. The only reason for the less than favourable response to her winning was because we truly tried to make friends with you and Echo and you made it impossible. It definitely wasn't for a lack of trying.
My intention of this post is not to fuel the fire and create any tension, but there has been a lot of misinterpretation about what went on this week and I don't want people thinking that we are 10 bitter snobs who are unfriendly and catty. We had an amazing time at the resort and made so many great friends. I wish you guys could have been some of them...
