Sort of back fired on him, he put one bad post and there are over 60 posts contradicting him and giving the resort good and free publicity. TTR rocks
I remember you, we were at reception changing money and there was this self important guy complete with stetson finger pointing and cursing at the reception staff saying " next time get your god damn ass to the phone and answer it" etc etc. I actually apologised to the other reception staff for his behaviour. He is also the guy who walked out in disgust in the asian restaurant leaving his poor wife clueless for an hour wondering where he had gone, and left her apologising to the restaurant staff. not a nice guy in our experience.
