Hey, I read a post from a year ago that said a guy tipped the front desk manager $20 after having waited 30 mins for a room and that tip got him on his way to a room in less than 5 minutes and a nicer room.. Any of you have experience with tipping to better your room/wait? I wouldn't mind tipping them to get on my way faster, but would really hate it if i tip them and end up with the same room, and having to wait aswell lol.
Money talks especially in cancun. Bartenders will fly toward u when they see u waiting if u tip them.
That's an input I read here un CC and I'm considering for this SB trip. I'll bring about $150 in small bills for tipping
I bring Alot of 1s 5s and 10s. The ones for drinks 5s for cabs and 10s for food outside the hotel. Many times I got a 5 dollar can ride from the club zone to the oasis by just showing them a 5
definitely tip in advance. I remember tipping 20 bucks in advance and got drinks faster than i could even drink them Just like everyone else says, money definitely talks in cancun.
