tonight, 30 minutes of treadmill interval training and 20 minutes of fat burning... I am exhausted.. ;(
Good work! I did my one hour on the treadmill with lower body. But good news! The scale has finally budged a bit! One pound closer! This is going really slow though...
The scale can be an evil friend. It always perks me up though when I see movement in the right direction! No matter what the scale says, exercising makes me sleep better and feel better! And I am rather proud of not eating any junk for over 2 weeks now. That is quite the accomplishment! Just like you exercising is! That's great that you are sticking to it, PartyGirl!!!

that is quite the accomplishment.. for sure.. because i know how hard that is.. .I have another dinner out coming up on Saturday.. Brewster's B-day... seems i just get back on track and the weekend comes.. its only one night .I can behave right?...lol so its either have drinks or eat. cant do both...hahah!! no doubt i will do both....
One cheat day a week is ok..besides it's not everyday Brewster turns 30! That's a special day in my books! Just enjoy! I'd probably stick to a low-cal drink..like wine. Whatever you do, NO Chunky Monkeys..they should be illegal! I shudder to think of the calories consumed at TR in the frozen drinks! Happy BD to Brewster!
I'm already working on my Spring Break bod. I'm doing Dr. Ian's Fast Smash. It really works. Last time I lost like 8 pounds in a week on it. Hoping to drop fast then tone the rest.
