well I am back from my weekend, I did not do very well as far as food goes.. but thats over with .. back on schedule today.. I am sure the scale will tell the tale tomorrow of my weekend away.. ;(
Hi Partydoll! I think we should change your name to Partydollbabe! From the look of your pic your doing something right and one weekend off won't hurt a bit. You have to take a small break or you won't stay with it! You are doing a great job, so don't get discouraged! Tim and I are still hard at it, and we feel the same way. Not enough weight seems to be coming off fast enough. I sure hope I am building muscle, and that is the reason. Hang in there Babe! Jo
I think I am ready to pursue backs exercise routine and perhaps diet. My diet has been perfect. Exercise-I seem to have developed a distinct aversion to it! :aktion061: I am going to the gym today though:deadhorseeven earlier than normal!) to turn things around. It's hard to get back on track, but you can do it!!!
thank you much for the compliment ...I hope that a weekend here and there wont hurt otherwise makes for a very boring life.. lol really I am just going to stick with my plan. forget about my 2 steps back and try to take 2 steps froward this week..
tonight .. I threw some bells for 20 minutes and did the stepper for 15 minutes to warm up first.. then a few stretches..
I used to be superman 8-10 years ago, but then there were some health problems and I lost it all, lol. So I'm building/trying to build it back up now. I do heavier dumbells to build, and lighter for tone and stamina, and run (more walking than running at the moment, lol) an hour or two every other day. That's what I've been doing lately. And go to a fitness center to use the machine to specifically target something with a heavier weight there, but other than that, just the basics.
