American girls are just like European girls. Some are easy, some are conservative, some are stuck up, some are chill, some play games. Being able to successfully attract girls has more to do with who you are (and also the luck on finding the girls who click with you), little to do with whether the stereotype of a group of girl is or isn't true. Accent makes you a little more interesting than the average Joe but it can only carry you so far. If you got the fun personality, it's easy to meet girls in Cancun whether you have an accent or not.
