    Hi everyone , we will be returning to Tempations again from Feb 06th to Feb 13th, I was of the understanding that you can no longer use American $ in mexico, is that true ?

    I just got a message from my Airport transportation a few days ago and they told me to pay the driver in USD. I think you may have been misled. Then again I may be wrong it has happened one time before.

    From what I understand the government likes to say that - but the people of Mexico very much like American money.

    We asked a friend living in Cancun the same question,USD or PESOS, and he told us USD no problem at all!!
