In Centro I heard on the news but I did not get where, except near the topless bars area. I am pretty naive but the only "area" I know of is Pz 21 and that is not exactly Centro. Anyone heard anything on this?

Other way around more likely... why go way out when you can stay in town? I think for a while there the 21 operators were putting pressure on the city to shut down any places in town so they would get the business... I recall seeing stories of raids and shut downs of downtown strip clubs several times in the past years.. but none since Mayor Greg skipped town... so feel free to speculate why that might be...
"Mayor Greg skipped town?" LOL Almost every new incoming administration that I can think of starts out by being tough and saying we are going to get the prostitution. This then leads to more kick back money and when all is said and done, prostitution is accepted and when too much pressure is put on them, the prostitutes complain and the Human Rights commission backs them up and things calm down.
