Cancun in June?

Hi all,

I am wondering what cancun is like around early June time? Me and the lads are looking at going cancun in june time, going mainly for the drinking and the partying. I know that spring break would be the most busiest, but is june time still packed with young people having a good time?

Also I see places mention summer break, but can not find any real details of it, what period is summer break on, and also does cancun get busy then?

i used to go early/mid june and always had a good time..! im not sure how it compares to spring break.. spring break might just be a bit too crazy for me..

june is the earliest we could go due to financial reasons, when you have been t this time before, has there still been plenty of young people(18-26) to mingle with?

I went last year, the week of june 24th, and this year june 10-june 17th! we meet tons of people who were around 18-24.. there were some old people.. like mid 30s, but the partied like they were 25, so as long as htey were cool people, we had fun!!

 

i cant think of june or july in cancun since i dont really go to the hotel zone around those dates because its supposed to be dead... i know one of the weeks in may is packed for the jump off (which makes me ridiculously happy, google it) and i dont really know about the rest

really, norma? the past 2 years we went in June & loved it.. if that is considered dead I can only imagine what it will be like when I get down there in march/april! myy goshh.. i hope its not like insane packed & i can actually move around!

if you've only been there spring break, its probably harder to compare it to non spring break.. ive only been non spring break, so im gonna see how crazy it really gets.. even though im coming in the last week, TONS of us schools are out that week, so we will see!!
