Deb, how did you do yesterday.. were you able to fit in any exercise? I didnt do much.. I did a bit with a dinky 5 pound weight and my usual 700 stairs at work.... lol but .. better than nothing ..
Don't want to make any excuses ... so I guess I'll just be honest :angel2:.. didn't do a dam thing, feel guilty and was trying to avoid this thread LOL... But, I did give a second thought when I inhaled that bag of BBQ chips yesterday afternoon (small bag) and I haven't indulged so far today!!! Noted 1 thing though, my fingers are getting slimmer...not sure why but my rings keep slipping.. good sign I hope.. Don't give up on me i will get with it... kinda going through depression, only been back from Temptations a couple days... Looking at all this snow makes me want to cry all the time.. :icon_eek:
The wife did bodypump at the gym at 5:30am. She then went and did the stair stepper machine for 2 miles while I lifted and did a shoulders workout earlier this afternoon. Now we are home and she is napping and I just got finished with my cardio, insanity plyocardio. It was a killer.
I totally understand the depression of just getting back from TTR.. and I know you were SOO tryin to avoid this thread.. haha!! but Just because you had a bag of chips yesterday doesnt mean write off the whole day.. even if you do have something you think you shouldnt of had.. get your exersise in any ways.. that will make you feel better about it .. and trust me when I say that I know getting started is the hardest part.. just focus on one day at a time..and just get started... lol YOU CAN DO IT!!...
