It is and it isn't The hotel won't tell you it is because they are working on making sure the system is working correctly. (I suspect solar on top of the buffet place) That said the recent guests have said that it is in fact heated. So its heated but not officially.

yup, I just returned home on Thursday. I was there for 12 days and every single day the sexy pool was heated. Don't know about the quiet pool, though.

Now I'm surprised that heat is even an issue...because we went in May of last year...and we were wishing the pool had cooling! LOL The sun was so hot, and by noon the pool wasn't even refreshing! We would have to go jump in the ocean to get some relief...or look for shade. We are going down toward the end of March...I wouldn't think it would be an issue then either...I just can't imagine being cold in Mexico! Between all the alcohol, hot bods, and fun and games!!! LOL
I've been there in the winter months.. last time was November after Thanksgiving... dove into the pool and swore that I was going to have to chip through the ice to be able to make it back to the surface. No one was doing water aerobics and we felt sorry for the entertainment staff that had to jump in everyday to lead it even if no one wanted to participate. The next day we just waved to them from the side of the pool. Support does have a bottom temperature... :wave: Jamie
