Lee and I have already booked the days off work....we missed halloween due to inventory at my work...Lee informed me we cant miss this one...so I will be calling in dead if necessary......wahoo sounds like another well planned event. WERE IN

great you guys are going to make it and glad we are having so many more canuncare people :bowdown:

we have been approved for up to 150............so there is plenty more room for all those cancuncare people interested ..............with only 75 people "in" so far we still got a ton more room for some fun people

once we get all the detail on the hotel and such steve is going to allow us to post up a sticky with all the detail -------------hopefully we can get this up for all in a week or so...........so we can start booking

update

the make a wish foundation is now officially involved now as we have signed the agreement listing them as the event beneficiary. they are presently working with us to locate a sponsor hotel for our canuncare new orleans reunion.

as soon as we select the hotel, steve is going to allow us to put up an event sticky with information/details related to the event. this event will also have a dedicated informational web site and the website should be live around january 1ish, 2011 and it will have even more detail related to the event

the domain name has already been selected and it is almost complete (waiting on the sponsor hotel).

we are presently at about 75 verbal commitments and will have to limit it for parade restirctions at about 150. we are fully expecting all of these spots to be filled up within a couple fo months or perhaps even sooner once all the detail gets out and people start booking their rooms so once this goes live on the website and the information related to the hotel is public information - please make sure you book quickly as these events always sell out

again this is an open invite to all cancuncare members - it is first come first served its a great chance to have a blast in new orleans with like minded old freinds, new friends and fun people..............and to raise money for the best run charity on the planet
