Well Tere, it just so happens that Tampa is one place I used to go to for work, Ybor city and the street they close off on both ends and bands on one side and Dj's on the other... Ive been plenty drunk down there, so I may just be down there for a visit one day, then I can blame you... lol. Tampa and Ft Lauderdale are the two cities down there , I used to work in and Party in the Most. Siesta Keys, I still love too... Siesta keys oyster bar, is a great little place

We (in London Ontario) just got more than three feet of snow in three days! Cancun temps sound fabulous!
Any place would be better than London, Ontario right now! More snow is on the way...you have my sympathies! Jim, I have a very bad history of involvement with weather! Consider yourself warned...if you are coming to Florida on my watch, you may want to swap out those shorts for some Depends! I checked out Woodman's link for the Cancun weather. For my stay, the highs range from 64:icon_frown: to 78:icon_smile:, the lows in the low 50's:icon_frown:. Right now at 8:30 pm, the temp in Cancun is 64. Maybe we could have a bonfire!
For all the years I've been here, I've never been to Ybor. Blue Martini at International, Bahama Breeze were the usual Tampa spots. Siesta Key is great..Next time you come down, you'll have to show me the hot places of Tampa Bay!
There is quite a few good places in Tampa, Ybor city is just unique cuz it closes down an entire street like mardi gras. I will definately show ya around your city lol.....but since it would be on your watch, we should plan for cold weather and some late night bonfires on the beach, like you just said about cancun lol
