I think this is one of the first steps in making Cancun's Hotel Strip the next Vegas or Rio. It is the beginning of a transformation that will bring Cancun to it's next level in world class travel destinations. The financial spin off will benefit all of Cancun's residents and make some of there visionaries very wealthy.
